Appointments at The Guardian Post: Mua Patrick Promoted SW/LT Regional Bureau Chief

Yaounde, Cameroon—Budding  Buea-based journalist, Mua Patrick Mughe has been promoted to the rank of regional bureau chief of The Guardian Post newspaper for the Southwest/Littoral regions.
Mua who has written a plethora of grand breaking stories from the foot of mount Cameroon, was prior to his promotion the Buea bureau chief of the same media organ.

The promotion is contained in an appointment decision signed by the publisher/editor of The Guardian Post, Ngah Christian Mbipgo on Monday May 4, 2015.
It is worth noting that Mua Patrick is the first to head the newly created Southwest/Littoral regional bureau of media organ.
Meantime, at the central desk, Amindeh Blaise Atabong, formerly desk editor was appointed society desk editor.
Ezieh Sylvanus Acha’ana’s portfolio of deputy editor was modified to deputy editor in charge of political affairs.
Previously desk editor, Mbom Sixtus is now culture/sports desk editor as per Monday’s appointments.
According to Ngah Christian Mbipgo, publisher/editor of The Guardian Post, the appointments are part of on-going moves to eventually publish five times a week. The paper is currently published three times a week; Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.
